Sundays from 10:10-10:50AM, September through May
SOWhAT stands for Stories, Outreach, Wonder, Art and Theology. Students of this age are able to delve more deeply into the meaning of biblical core stories, and learn to respond in meaningful ways. The class engages in some of the core stories of the Bible, including Judges, Kings, kingdoms, prophets and the life offered to us through Jesus. Combining authentic art responses with activities designed to help participants engage in thinking about stories and their meaning, this group will also engage in service projects in our community and the world. And as St. Paul’s celebrates 150 years as a worship community SOWhAT lessons will explore the history of St. Paul’s, its architecture and congregation!
