VISITORS & NEWCOMERS
Welcome
The congregation of St. Paul’s strives to make all visitors welcome in this place of worship, learning, outreach, and community.
(top)Holy Communion
Regardless of church denomination or tradition, all who have been baptized in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit are invited to receive Holy Communion during worship services.
(top)Newcomers Program
Christian Formation (Sunday School) class offerings include a Newcomers Discovery class for those who may not be familiar with the Episcopal Church, its beliefs, and it traditions (read An Outline of the Faith). Each Sunday at 10:00 am, our associate rector Fr. Brad St.Romain leads the class in discussing a variety of topics designed to equip inquirers in their search for a church home. If one has not be baptized and for parents considering Baptism for their children, the Newcomers Discovery class provides all of the beliefs and teachings one would need in preparation to receive this sacrament. The same holds true for the Sacraments of Holy Communion and Confirmation.
(top)Newcomers Dinner
Twice each year, a Newcomers Dinner is held at the home of our rector
Fr. Chuck Treadwell. These dinners are casual and provide a venue where
visitors and newcomers can get to know one another as well as some of
the long-time members and the clergy of St. Paul’s.
